2. Growth Management - This is our most popular option because you get valuable reports to help you manage your business and ongoing support from us to help you understand your numbers and make the best decisions. Includes quarterly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement) and a quarterly business review. This is comparable to a Full Charge Accountant.

   This package includes:

   • Everything in the Basic Insights package, plus the following:
   • Reconcile sales (A/R) ledger
   • Review balance sheet for accuracy
   • Cost control: Expense monitoring, analysis and advice (5 key expenses)
   • Summary management reporting
   • Virtual business review meeting (Quarterly)
   • Record tax preparer's year-end tax adjustments, including year-end closing entries
3. Performance Management [Virtual Controller] - This is the best option for ambitious business owners who want the maximum out of their cloud bookkeeping system to get access to the key metrics so they can make the best business decisions based on the best quality information and comprehensive support from us. Includes monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement), Key Performance Indicators and a monthly business review. This is comparable to a Controller.

   This package includes:

   • Everything in the Growth Management package, plus the following:
   • Cost control: Expense monitoring, analysis and advice (Unlimited)
   • Virtual business review meeting (Monthly)
   • Project/Job cost accounting
   • Customized Service/Class tracking
   • One-year financial budget
